Executive Assistant.
We’re searching for a driven and enthusiastic executive assistant to provide support to the founder of Young & Co . Candidates should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, quick learners, and self-starters with the ability to take direction and anticipate needs.
This is a part-time role that takes place onsite at our Pasadena office.
Tasks include:
Handles all scheduling and appointments of the CEO’s calendar.
Monitors general company email and screens through branding project inquiries.
Monitoring/answering comments, addressing questions, and acting as the general communicator between prospects and CEO.
Management of the aesthetics and tidiness of the CEO’s office.
Researching and ensuring CEO has all parking and booking accommodations for business travels.
Providing personalized assistance and performing spontaneous tasks that arise.
Qualifications:
High-school diploma required.
Recent college or trade-school grads preferred.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc), Calendly, Zoom, Notion, Squarespace, Trello, and Slack is a major plus.
Previous experience in an agency and/or startup environment is a plus (but not required).
Familiarity with creative process, branding terminology, and agency cadence is a plus (but not required).
